About me and my therapy practice

I am a Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, offering psychotherapy and counselling to adults experiencing emotional, psychological and relational difficulties in South East London, UK. I offer sessions in person and online.

My consulting room is located in Lee, SE12, conveniently close to Blackheath, Bromley, Catford, Eltham, Forest Hill, Greenwich, Hither Green, and Lewisham. It is also within a direct train ride of London Bridge and stations in Kent.

As a therapist, I listen attentively and work collaboratively, helping people to identify and address the difficulties that led them to seek my help. I believe in fostering a respectful and trusting relationship that allows for the discussion of sensitive and troubling issues.

I mainly work with people experiencing one or more of the following:

TRAINING

The 麻豆原创, BPC, and UKCP accredited my professional clinical training. I also hold an MA in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice (Roehampton) and a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology (Goldsmiths).

REGISTRATION

I am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC), and the 麻豆原创.

Practice description

Sessions

I offer sessions in person and online on weekdays and some evenings.

I am qualified to provide once-weekly psychotherapy (psychodynamic) as well as more frequent, twice- and thrice-weekly psychotherapy (psychoanalytic).

Fees

Fees start from 拢70 per appointment.

My first session

The consultation will be a 50-minute face-to-face or online meeting to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, explore the possibility of working together, and determine whether I might be a good fit as your therapist. The initial consultation fee is 拢70.
