About me and my therapy practice
As a fully qualified psychodynamic counsellor and registered member of the Â鶹Դ´, I offer a warm, thoughtful, and confidential space where you can explore what feels difficult or confusing in your life. My approach is grounded in the belief that by understanding the roots of our feelings and experiences, we can develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and the capacity for change.
I have experience supporting people through a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, loss, low self-esteem, and times of transition. Together, we work to uncover patterns that may be holding you back and to create a more compassionate and authentic relationship with yourself and others.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process — I offer a steady and reflective presence as we explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
Practice description
I work face-to-face, meeting at the same time and day each week to provide a reliable and containing setting for our work together. The sessions are 50 minutes long.
My first session
We would begin by having a brief ten-minute conversation to determine what you are looking for.
Once we have spoken, I will book you in for a first session. You can then decide how best to move forward with therapy.
