Practice description

Who I Help

I am a somatic trauma informed psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, supporting adults and teens who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. My work is rooted in neuroscience, somatic awareness, and a deep understanding of how trauma lives on in the body and mind.

Many of the people I work with carry unseen wounds from childhood, relationships, or life experiences that still shape how they feel, think, and relate to others.

Ongoing Therapy Sessions 50 minutes £90

A steady, supportive space to explore what is happening for you. Together, we begin to understand patterns, build resilience, and gently reconnect you with a stronger sense of self.

Intensive Trauma Processing Sessions 90 to 100 minutes £160

Some experiences need more space. These longer sessions allow for deeper regression work, somatic processing, and focused therapeutic exploration. We move at your pace, supporting safe processing and meaningful, lasting change.

I work with:

Trauma and PTSD, including childhood abuse, neglect, and sexual violence

Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

Low self worth and confidence struggles

Burnout and emotional exhaustion

Depression or feeling numb and disconnected

Relationship and attachment difficulties

Grief and loss

Anger or emotional regulation challenges

Life transitions and feeling lost

You might recognise yourself here

Holding everyone else together while quietly falling apart inside

Feeling responsible for other people’s emotions, always rescuing, always giving

Stuck in patterns you cannot seem to shift, no matter how aware you are

Overthinking everything, replaying conversations, doubting yourself

Struggling in relationships, repeating the same painful dynamics

Unable to move forward, even when you want things to change

Saying yes when you mean no, leaving you drained and resentful

Longing for calm, clarity, and the freedom to just be yourself

My first session

Your First Session

Finding the right counsellor is an important step, so I offer a free 15-minute consultation to give you the opportunity to see if working together feels like the right fit for you. Please feel free to contact me to arrange this.

Our first full session will be an assessment session. This is a space where we can gently explore what has brought you to counselling, what you hope to gain from the process, and how we might begin to approach this together. It’s an opportunity to start shaping the therapeutic journey in a way that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
