Availability
I offer face-to-face therapy from my practice in Wantage, Oxfordshire, alongside online sessions that provide greater flexibility for those who prefer or require it.
My working hours are Monday to Friday, with both daytime and evening appointments available.
I see clients on a weekly basis to provide consistency and continuity of support. You are welcome to choose a fixed day and time if that feels helpful, or, uniquely, you may opt for more flexibility and vary your session time from week to week to suit your schedule and needs.
I also offer a hybrid approach, allowing you to combine face-to-face and online sessions where appropriate.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an MÂ鶹Դ´ and MNCP (Accredited) Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, specialising in individual and relationship therapy for adults, couples, and families (18+).
My practice supports clients across a broad range of mental health and relational challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement and loss, low self-esteem, life transitions, and self-harm.
As an integrative therapist with a psychodynamic foundation, I pay particular attention to recurring emotional patterns, underlying beliefs, and relational dynamics. Together, we can explore how past experiences may be shaping present difficulties, creating space for greater understanding and meaningful change.
I am committed to offering a supportive, thoughtful, and compassionate therapeutic relationship. My aim is to help you navigate life’s challenges while discovering your capacity for growth, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
Practice description
I offer online therapy for individuals, as well as relationship and couples therapy for adults and young people aged 16+.
I work with a wide range of mental health and emotional concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement and loss, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and self-harm.
My approach is centred on understanding your unique life experiences and how these may have shaped the feelings of unhappiness, confusion, or disconnection that have led you to seek support. Together, we can explore these experiences with care and curiosity, creating space for insight, growth, and meaningful change.
My first session
I offer a free initial telephone consultation to introduce myself and explore what has brought you to therapy. This provides an opportunity for you to ask questions and consider whether we feel like a good fit.
Your first paid session will be an assessment appointment. During this session, we will review our working agreement and discuss the practical aspects of therapy, as well as your hopes, expectations, and desired outcomes.
This initial session is also a valuable opportunity to begin building our therapeutic relationship — to get to know one another, clarify what you would like to work towards, and help you feel comfortable and settled within the counselling space.
