About me and my therapy practice
If you’re navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, or feeling lost, I recognise how overwhelming it can be to find your way through difficult emotions. Whether you're struggling with family dynamics, low self-esteem, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others, it can be hard to know where to start. My aim is to offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can express your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly.
I specialise in supporting individuals and couples facing relational difficulties, with a particular focus on couples therapy. If you're experiencing communication breakdowns, recurring conflicts, or challenges in intimacy, I offer a compassionate space for you to work through these issues together. I take a sex-positive and inclusive approach, respecting all kinds of relationships and their unique dynamics.
Working collaboratively, we will explore how patterns, beliefs, and past experiences may be impacting your connection. I believe in the power of relationships to heal, and my role is to provide you with the tools and support to navigate challenges in a way that promotes deeper understanding and intimacy.
Practice description
With extensive experience in private practice and adult mental health services within the NHS, I have had the privilege of working with both individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. I have successfully guided many clients through anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and relationship issues, helping them move toward positive, lasting change.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to bring your authentic self into a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will explore the challenges you face and work toward a meaningful transformation—whether that’s healing within yourself or strengthening your relationship.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation via Zoom or telephone, or an in-person consultation for £25. This session provides an opportunity for us to meet, explore how we might work together, and see if I’m the right fit for your needs.
During the consultation, you can ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and discuss what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll explore your goals and determine the best way forward, whether that’s short-term support or longer, open-ended therapy.
My fees vary depending on whether we work together in person, online, or as an individual or couple. Please feel free to contact me for further details.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer clinical supervision for qualified and trainee counsellors and psychotherapists.
My approach to supervision is relational, collaborative, and designed to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your practice openly. I believe that a strong, trusting supervisory relationship is fundamental to reflective practice, professional development, and ethical work with clients.
I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, a Senior Accredited Member of NCPS, and a registered member of Â鶹Դ´. My clinical work is relational, humanistic, and integrative, and I draw upon a range of theoretical perspectives including person-centred therapy, transactional analysis, gestalt, and psychodynamic approaches.
In supervision, I offer a space to reflect deeply on your client work, your relational dynamics, ethical dilemmas, professional boundaries, and your own growth as a practitioner. Whether you are seeking support around specific clinical material, broader professional development, or the emotional impact of the work, I aim to support you in a way that feels containing, collaborative, and growth-enhancing.
I have experience working with individuals and couples, as well as knowledge in psychosexual work and with LGBTQ+ clients. I welcome supervisees from all backgrounds and with all levels of experience
