About me and my therapy practice

☘ Where anxiety meets calm connection ☘

Anxiety affects 1 in 5 adults every week. What is your anxiety costing you?

Anxiety can negatively affect your personal and your professional relationships. It can impact your motivation, your ability to focus and we might start to feel like retreating and withdrawing from life. I understand how challenging it can be to face anxiety alone.

I am experienced at helping people whose negative thoughts are costing them dearly in life. You don't have to feel this way. Discover a life less anxious with talking therapy. I am an accredited therapeutic counsellor who supports people struggling with anxious thinking, depression, and low self-esteem. I will offer a compassionate and empathetic space to work through difficult life events and help you to regain control and to feel better.

I also understand that life isn't always structured and you might work shifts. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or ad-hoc. Let me know your requirements and I will try to accommodate as best as I can.

I can work with clients covered by BUPA Health Care and trainee counsellors that are studying courses in counselling and psychotherapy.

Contact me to arrange free intro call. You can ask me anything and you can find out how I can help you with some of the following:

Anxiety, overwhelm & emotional regulation

Depression, low mood & burnout

Grief, loss, bereavement & major life transitions

Identity & Self-Discovery

Miscarriage and fertility challenges

How I work

I take an integrative approach to counselling, meaning I tailor our work to suit you as an individual. Therapy is simply a conversation between two people. Together, we’ll find a way forward that helps you feel more in control, more resilient, and more at peace.

Finding a therapist can feel like a big step, but I’d love to have an informal chat about what you’re looking for and how I might be able to help.

Practice description

I currently have availability in the day Monday - Friday.

I can also offer online sessions using Zoom. Please contact me to discuss availability.

Feel free to email or text to discuss setting up an introductory call to find out how we might be able to work together.

My first session

I can offer you an informal initial free 15-20 minute chat either on the phone or online. This will give you the opportunity to ask me any questions about the way I work and together we can establish what it is that you are seeking from therapy and whether I am the right therapist for you.
