About me and my therapy practice
You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or low mood, struggling in your relationships, or finding that past experiences are still affecting your life now. Therapy can offer a space to begin making sense of this and finding a way forward.
I work with individuals and couples, both online and face to face, supporting people with issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement and trauma. As a fully qualified counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I work in line with their ethical framework.
Often, the patterns that once helped us cope can begin to hold us back. Together, we can explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, understanding the role they’ve played and gently loosening their grip in the present.
As an integrative counsellor, I adapt how I work to suit you. This might include giving you space to talk openly, exploring thoughts and feelings in depth, or helping you notice patterns in how you relate to others.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and work at a pace that feels right for you.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial session.

Whether it be anxiety or depression, problems with relationships, bereavement or trauma, my role is to be alongside you in order to support you to overcome the difficulties you are facing. I work online or face to face.
My work is with people from all walks of life and backgrounds who come to therapy with a diverse range of issues. I have experience in education, employment and voluntary settings. As a fully-qualified counsellor I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their code of ethics.
It may be that patterns of behaviour that kept you safe in the past are now holding you back from living a more fulfilling life. By identifying these patterns and being curious about the protective role they played we can begin to loosen their grip here in the present.
I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I draw on different approaches to therapy depending on the client. I strive to be open, respectful and non-judgmental and will work with you to discover and to let go of the things which are holding you back.
My aim is to offer you a safe and trusting environment where you can be who you really are and where you can work at your own pace without judgement.
I look forward to meeting you.
