About me and my therapy practice
If you’re feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or simply fed up, you don’t have to face it alone. With me you’ll find a non-judgemental, supportive space where you can feel safe and cared for. I’ll help you talk honestly about yourself — without shame — and explore your thoughts and emotions at a pace that feels right for you.
Practice description
Because I’m trained in a range of approaches, I work flexibly and adapt our work to suit you, rather than expecting you to fit a particular model.
Integrity and authenticity are at the heart of everything I do.
I am a fully trained and registered therapist and counsellor, with training in Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis, as well as specialist qualifications in trauma, bereavement and mindfulness. This means I can draw on different ways of working and tailor therapy to your individual needs.
I am an Accredited Member of Â鶹Դ´.
I believe we all have inner resources that can help us grow, heal and move towards a more fulfilling life. Together, we can look at what’s happening for you right now and work though what's holding you back in your life.
My first session
I understand that first sessions can feel daunting, so I do my best to help you feel welcome and at ease. You’ll find me relaxed, open and encouraging. In our initial sessions, we’ll explore what has brought you to counselling and see whether working together feels right for you.
A good place to start is with an initial, no-commitment get-to-know-you session.
What I can help with
Addictions, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Identity issues, Loss, Relationships, Self esteem, Self-harm, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Substance Dependency, Trauma
Types of therapy
