I work flexibly, and offer face to face sessions. I have evening appointments which are convenient if you are working, as well as day time. At the moment I am offering Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer face-to-face counselling in well appointed therapy rooms in Enfield Town. I build trusting cooperation with my clients so that we can both learn from the work we do together.

I work with teenagers from 13 years of age and with adults.

Practice description

I offer a local service, and enjoy working with clients in the room, as well as on line. I offer regular weekly therapy sessions. I am now offering evening as well as day time availability. This space is for you the client and we will establish the main themes that you wish to work on. I am a psychodynamic counsellor, an approach that I believe can bring us to an understanding of ourselves and the unconscious processes that drive us.

My first session

I offer a non-chargeable initial session so that we can explore what brings you to counselling now. It can be hard to know where to begin, and I offer this time to start to think together and begin to work together.
