About me and my therapy practice
I’ve come to trust that real change begins when we feel safe enough to be truly heard. For me the heart of therapy lies in connection, presence and the courage to explore what matters most. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood, without judgement.
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. You might be facing a specific issue you’d like to resolve; you may be feeling lost or stuck and wish to get in touch with yourself at a deeper level. Perhaps you’ve noticed recurring patterns in your life that no longer serve you, or you simply have a sense that life could offer more. Whatever brings you here, therapy can provide a supportive and reflective space to explore your experiences, understand yourself more fully, and move towards meaningful change.
I offer a safe and accepting space where you can feel truly heard and understood, without judgment. A reflective environment where you’re supported in exploring all aspects of your life.
