About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or like life is too much to manage on your own? I work with adults navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, or periods of stress and overwhelm. My approach is person-centred, which means that you are at the heart of therapy, guided by your priorities, pace, and what matters most to you.
I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. I aim to help you notice patterns that may keep you stuck, understand why they happen, and find practical, manageable ways to respond that feel steadier and more balanced.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, or life transitions, therapy can give you space to pause, reflect, and find clarity. I bring warmth, empathy, and professional experience to every session, supporting you to discover your own insights and solutions in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.
Sessions can be short-term to work on a specific challenge, or longer-term for deeper personal development. My goal is to help you move from surviving to feeling more confident, grounded, and in control of your life.
Practice description
My practice offers a safe, reflective space for adults to explore emotional wellbeing, life transitions, and personal growth. I hold a MSc in counselling and Psychotherapy, have over 5 years experience and am an accredited Â鶹Դ´ practitioner.
Sessions are available:
• Face-to-face in Manchester (M27)
• Online via secure video
• Telephone therapy
This flexibility allows you to fit therapy around work, family, or other commitments.
What I can help with:
• Emotional wellbeing: anxiety, stress, low mood, depression
• Life transitions: bereavement, relationship changes, career changes
• Self-development: self-esteem, confidence, personal growth
• Work-life balance: workplace stress, family pressures, coping with multiple responsibilities
Using a person-centred approach, I focus on your experience and goals. You’ll be supported to understand your feelings, explore patterns safely, and develop strategies to cope in ways that suit your life and values. Every client’s journey is unique, and sessions are tailored to meet your needs, whether short-term support or longer-term exploration.
My first session
Every new client is offered a free 15-minute introductory call. This gives you space to share what’s brought you to therapy, ask any questions, and see if my approach feels like a good fit. After this call, if you feel comfortable, we can book a full 50-minute session, face-to-face, online, or via telephone, whichever works best for you. This helps reduce anxiety about starting therapy and gives you clarity on the process.
