Therapy isn't just about finding out 'what's wrong'—it's also about discovering who you are. Whatever brings you to therapy, our work together can offer a space to reflect, feel supported, and move towards a life that feels more fulfilling for you.
I value and work with the rich, complex mix of experiences, identities and relationships that shape who you are. This includes your emotional and physical well-being, culture, social connections, spirituality, sexuality, body image, sense of purpose, future hopes—and more.
My approach pays attention to both your present-day experience and the story that brought you here, including the inner narrative that shapes how you relate to yourself and the world around you. Exploring these threads together can open up the possibility for change, deepen your self-understanding, and gently influence many areas of your life.
Practice description
Therapy can look different for each of us. My role is to work with you and for you, in a way that meets you where you are. We’ll take time to talk about what brings you here and what you hope to get from therapy—whether that’s clarity, relief, direction, or simply space to explore.
You might come with a specific issue, a sense that something isn’t quite right, or a desire to make more sense of your experiences. Whatever the starting point, I’d be happy to have an initial call to talk through what therapy might look like for you.
I offer weekly sessions, in person or online, and work either short term—with a clear focus—or longer term to allow for deeper exploration. My style is reflective and relational, and I aim to create a space where you can think freely, feel challenged at times, and be met with honesty and understanding.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute online call to help you decide whether you’d like to take things further. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions or raise any concerns you may have.
I’m available for both face-to-face and online sessions, and I’d be happy to talk through what might feel right for you.
If you choose to work with me, I’ll ask you to complete a short information form before our first session. This gives me some background details so we can begin our work with more depth and focus.
