About me and my therapy practice

Therapy is not only about understanding what feels wrong, but also about exploring who you are and how you want to live. You may be feeling anxious, low, stuck, or uncertain about your direction in life. Perhaps familiar ways of coping no longer work, or you find yourself questioning your identity, relationships, or sense of purpose.

I offer a supportive, reflective space where you can slow down and speak openly, without pressure or judgement. Our work pays attention to both your present-day experience and the personal history that has shaped how you relate to yourself and others. This includes the emotional, relational, cultural, and spiritual aspects of your life.

I work integratively and at depth, which can be particularly helpful if you are seeking longer-term therapy and are open to exploring underlying patterns and meanings, rather than focusing solely on short-term solutions. Together, we make sense of what you are experiencing and support change that feels authentic and sustainable.

I hold a BA in Integrative Counselling and a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice, with five years of training and experience. I have worked across private practice, a national charity, and a local low-cost service, offering both short-term and long-term therapy to adults from diverse backgrounds. My work is client-centred, evidence-informed, and grounded in professional and ethical practice.

If you’re considering therapy and want to explore whether we would be a good fit, I welcome you to get in touch.

Practice description

Therapy can look different for each of us. My role is to work with you and for you, in a way that meets you where you are. We’ll take time to talk about what brings you here and what you hope to get from therapy, whether that’s clarity, relief, direction, or simply space to explore.

You might come with a specific issue, a sense that something isn’t quite right, or a desire to make more sense of your experiences. Whatever your starting point, I’d be happy to have an initial call to discuss what therapy might look like for you.

I offer weekly sessions, in person or online, and work either short-term with a clear focus or longer-term to allow for deeper exploration. My style is reflective and relational, and I aim to create a space where you can think freely, feel challenged at times, and be met with honesty and understanding.

My first session

I offer a free 30-minute online call to help you decide whether you’d like to take things further. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions or raise any concerns you may have.

I’m available for both face-to-face and online sessions, and I’d be happy to talk through what might feel right for you.

If you choose to work with me, I’ll ask you to complete a short information form before our first session. This gives me some background details so we can begin our work with more depth and focus.
