Welcome to a space to make sense of things, at your own pace and in your own way.

Together we can explore what's going on for you, to help you gain new insight and discover new ways to manage life's challenges.
I take a flexible and personalised approach to therapy, drawing from both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centred Therapy. This means I’ll work with you in a way that fits your individual needs and preference. We can focus both on practical strategies and on creating a supportive space for you to explore what’s going on for you. As no two people are the same this offers an individual approach.

Practice description
As an integrative counsellor, I offer a range of therapeutic skills which allows me the flexibility to work in a way that is tailored to you. As we all have a unique way of being in this world my role is to help you find answers and make sense of your difficulties so you can make the changes you want.

My first session
I offer an initial consultation of 15 minutes which enables you to ask any questions and gives us an opportunity to explore how I might be able to support you and how we might work together. This free consultation is without any obligation as it is important that you feel comfortable that we are the right fit.
