About me and my therapy practice
You may be wondering whether therapy is right for you at this moment in your life. Reaching out for support can be the first step toward understanding yourself more deeply. I can help you explore why you might feel stuck, frustrated, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps.
My own counselling journey began many years ago, during a time when I felt lost in a dark and uncomfortable place. The path I’ve travelled since has shaped the therapist I am today—someone who understands how difficult it can be to ask for help, and how transformative it can be when you do.
We all face crossroads in life. Counselling offers a space to pause, reflect, and find your way forward. Talking to someone who is not entwined in your day to day life can ease feelings of stress or anxiety. I offer a warm, safe, and non judgemental environment where you can share whatever feels important.
I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, loss, anger, self worth, trust, childhood experiences, bereavement, fertility and attachment patterns.
I also have many years of experience supporting people facing challenges such as grief, addiction, abuse, ADHD and complex family dynamics.
