Have you been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unable to switch off your thoughts lately?

Maybe you’re exhausted, burnt out, or finding it hard to cope with everyday life. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep feeling this way.

I support people who feel anxious, stressed, or emotionally drained to find more balance, calm, and confidence in their lives. Together, we can work towards being more in touch with yourself and your emotions, finding your strengths, and discovering simple ways to manage stress and overwhelming feelings. We can also focus on reducing procrastination, creating a healthier work–life balance, and finding more joy in your life and relationships.

My background in science means I use approaches that really work. One of these is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping, a gentle and effective way to release stress, fear, and emotional pain. It can also help with trauma, PTSD, unwanted habits, and even physical tension. Using your fingertips to tap on pressure points while focusing on your feelings can bring a welcomed sense of calm and clarity.

I also offer EMDR therapy, a powerful and proven method for healing from past traumas and finding peace of mind. EMDR can help you process painful experiences safely and move forward with greater confidence and emotional freedom.

With my multicultural background and interest in history and genealogy, I understand how our past, sometimes even generations before us, can shape who we are today. I have a deep interest in intergenerational trauma and how it can influence our emotions, relationships, and behaviours.

I offer long and short-term online counselling. 

Sessions take place via Zoom or Google Meet video conferencing platforms. I will email the meeting link. Joining online meeting is usually straightforward. However, please do not hesitate to ask me if you would like step-by-step instructions.

EMDR therapy is delivered in sessions of either 50 minutes or 90 minutes. Extended sessions allow enough time to fully engage with the therapeutic process, facilitating deeper progress and meaningful results.

My multicultural background and passion for history and genealogy help me understand the deeper layers that shape who we are as individuals and within our families. I have a special interest in intergenerational trauma and how the past can quietly influence how we feel, react, and relate to others today.
