About me and my therapy practice

Currently, my practice is fully online, making it accessible wherever you are. If you鈥檙e looking for psychotherapy or counselling from the privacy and comfort of your own space, we can work together.

I work relationally, which means our relationship is central to the process: we pay attention not only to what you bring, but how you experience it with another person. My core approach is Transactional Analysis 鈥攁 clear, practical framework that helps us understand patterns in how you think, feel, and relate, and how those patterns can be changed.

My role is to meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you:

to support, guide, and challenge you gently until you reach the place you want to be.

for example, coping with a recent change, a loss, a breakup, work stress, or a transition you didn鈥檛 choose.

Most importantly: even if it feels like you鈥檙e facing this alone, you don鈥檛 have to do it by yourself. I鈥檓 here to be with you in it, step by step.

My first session

In our first session, we鈥檒l go at your pace.

I鈥檒l start by briefly explaining how I work, confidentiality, and what you can expect from online sessions. Then I鈥檒l invite you to share what brings you here now: what feels difficult, what you鈥檇 like help with, and what you hope might be different.

We鈥檒l begin to get a feel for each other and see if it feels like a good fit. I鈥檒l ask some gentle questions to understand your background and current situation, and together we鈥檒l start to shape some initial goals鈥攚hether that鈥檚 something very specific or simply 鈥淚 want to understand myself better.鈥

There is no pressure to tell your whole story at once; the first session is about making a start, feeling heard, and seeing if this is a space where you can imagine doing your work.
