  • Calm your nervous system
  • Break old patterns
  • Heal trauma and emotional wounds
  • Reduce anxiety and overthinking
  • Build confidence and self‑worth
  • Create healthier habits and coping strategies

Sessions are gentle, collaborative and paced around your needs

Free 15‑minute consultation available. Let’s explore what support could look like for you.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis (TA) a framework for understanding human communication and interaction. I integrate this with a comprehensive understanding of neuroscience and utilise other evidence-based modalities such as:

  • Master Practitioner Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Mindfulness-Based Therapies

Having had advanced training in Trauma-Focused Therapy I prioritise a holistic approach to healing. I focus on helping people:

  • Process and integrate challenging experiences
  • Discover previously unavailable options and possibilities
  • Set and achieve meaningful goals
  • Increase emotional flexibility and resilience

My ethos is centred on supporting people and their healing journey, fostering growth and self-acceptance.
