I am available for face-to-face sessions at The Wilbury Clinic, Hove. I also work via online and telephone sessions and home visits in particular circumstances.
About me and my therapy practice
I warmly welcome a wide range of clients. I am an experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and also a Buddhist practitioner with experience of meditation and mindfulness practices. I offer a soulful, safe and supportive space for you to bring your difficulties, anxieties and feelings of overwhelm. You may feel stuck, unhappy or grappling with a particular issue that you need to talk through. Together, we can explore your life and relationships, your feelings, thoughts and behaviours and find ways to provide relief from some of life's struggles.
I invite you if you feel in crisis, if you have or are currently experiencing trauma. I meet everyone as a unique individual whose experience, personality, needs and aspirations determine the approach we take.
My specialisms include working with parents of mulitple births (twins, triplets and more) and those who are multiples themselves. I am experienced in working with recovery from narcissistic abuse and adults with ADD/ADHD, ASD diagnosis.
As well as offering my private practice at The Wilbury Clinic, I work for a respected and innovative London based charity that uses a community-based and trauma informed approach to address the life-threatening effects of childhood adversity in people of all ages.
I practice within the Â鶹Դ´ Ethical Framework and am committed to providing therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
Practice description
I believe the relationship we form is healing and central to the work. I invite the exploration of how we relate not only outside of the therapy room but also inside. Our wellbeing depends on the quality of the relationships that we create, and my focus allows us to explore this dimension. I provide deep, attentive listening and appropriate challenge to help facilitate our connection.
Where appropriate, I work with the body, dreams and sub-personalities. I may offer imagery, drawing, mark making and a basket of natural objects to work deeply, broadening the therapeutic experience beyond words.
My first session
I offer a free initial 30 min consultation by either 'phone or Zoom (FaceTime, Skype etc) to tune in and assess whether working together feels right.
If you think you would like to work with me, you are very welcome to contact me via email or mobile and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

I work with a broad range of therapists from different modalities and believe that diversity in trainings creates a breadth of experience that can positively challenge and support.
I work relationally with supervision clients and offer a soulful, safe and supportive space to explore with openness and curiosity. I empower my clients to grow into their roles as therapists. I enjoy working with trainees and established therapists.

Curiosity and sitting with the 'mess and not knowing' is an important part of my soulful approach.
Where appropriate, I work with the body, mindfulness, dreams and sub-personalities. I may offer imagery, drawing and mark making to work deeply, broadening the supervisory experience beyond words.
