About me and my therapy practice

I am a Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapist qualified in 1999.

My style of working with clients incorporates CBT. I help my clients to find a way forward to a more calm life feeling less overwhelmed.

I offer 1:1 sessions, online, couples, walk & talk and family therapy.

I offer a sliding scale in fees depending on affordability. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you are needing help to discuss ways of going forward.

Practice description

I create a safe confidential space for my clients to share their fears and worries. To relook at any life experiences they may still feel unsettled about with out judgement.

My first session

Our first session will be about getting to know what you are needing and to begin to build a therapeutic relationship.
