About me and my therapy practice
Outwardly Successful. Privately Carrying More Than Anyone Knows.
You may appear capable, composed and self-aware, yet inwardly feel caught in patterns that leave you anxious, depleted, disconnected or ashamed.
I work with people who are ready to understand what lies beneath those patterns 鈥 and begin living with greater truth, steadiness and intimacy.
Perhaps you keep overgiving in relationships, too tired to find your authentic voice, choosing emotionally unavailable partners, doubting yourself or feeling responsible for everyone else鈥檚 wellbeing while losing connection with your own.
These patterns are not personal failings. They are often rooted in the relationships that shaped you.
I help people understand their relational wounds, reclaim their connection to an inner voice, create deeper connections with those they love, clear limitations to their own wisdom and connect with a life that feels like their own.
Many people come to me knowing something is wrong, yet unable to shift it.
They may be successful in work, thoughtful, emotionally aware and deeply capable. Yet privately they feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, loneliness, self-abandonment or relationships that never truly meet them.
Together we explore the deeper roots of those patterns with compassion and honesty.
This work helps you move from survival into self-trust.
From overthinking into clarity.
From repeating the past into creating something new.
The clients I work with are deeply capable.
Practice description
My work is relational, psychologically attuned and deeply attentive.
Clients often tell me they feel profoundly seen in our work. I am known for my attunement 鈥 the ability to sense what is being communicated beneath words, and to meet it with care, precision and depth.
Together we explore not only conscious patterns, but what lives beneath them.
This includes:
relationship dynamics
unconscious loyalty patterns
self-worth wounds
shame responses
nervous system survival states
sexuality and intimacy patterns
emotional habits learned long ago
Some patterns are not only held in the mind. They are held in the body.
Many women understand their struggles intellectually, yet still feel unable to change them.
This is often because anxiety, shame and protective responses become embedded in the nervous system.
I work somatically as well as psychologically 鈥 helping clients recognise and shift patterns of collapse, hypervigilance, disconnection, people-pleasing and shame held in the body.
As the nervous system becomes safer and more regulated, new choices become possible.
You do not need to force yourself to change.
Often the body needs support first.
Intimate life often reveals what everyday life conceals.
Our fears, boundaries, longings and unresolved relational histories frequently emerge most clearly in sexuality.
For many women this can carry secrecy, confusion or shame.
We can work with sexuality delicately and with nuance 鈥 exploring desire, inhibition, relational repetition, emotional safety and the meanings held there.
Always thoughtfully. Always at your pace.

My first session
Working together
I typically work with clients over a longer-term process, allowing space for depth, integration, and lasting change.
This is a steady, carefully held way of working - offering a consistent, supportive space where you can explore your experience at your own pace, and where meaningful change can unfold over time.
If something in this resonates, you are warmly welcome to reach out 鈥 we can begin gently, at a pace that feels right for you.
Our first meeting is a gentle conversation about you... your story, what you're carrying, and what you long for. Together we'll begin shaping a therapeutic understanding of what you're dealing.
There's no obligation to continue after your free phone call or first session. It's simply an opportunity to see whether we both feel like the right fit.
Sessions are usually weekly at the same time each week. You can work with me short-term (6+ months) or long-term depending on your needs.
