I provide client-led, mainly non-directive Play Therapy for children and Filial and Parent-Child Attachment work for parents & carers and their children. I work with privately funded clients, schools, local authorities and adoption agencies.
I also provide workshops to adult groups on therapeutic themes, therapeutic support groups for children and young people and clinical supervision both individually and in groups.
Practice description
Helping Children Thrive — Together
... Because when children heal, families grow stronger.
When children struggle, it can be hard to understand what’s really going on. Play & Creative Arts Therapy gives them a safe space to express big feelings, build confidence, and make sense of their world.
By also working closely with parents, I can offer insights and practical tools to support progress at home. Together, we’ll help your child feel calmer, more connected, and ready to thrive.
My first session
After a free 15 minute, no obligation, chat, our first session will be online (adults only) and is an opportunity for you to express your concerns and for us to explore together how best to meet your objectives and your child's needs. Feel free to bring any questions or queries you may have!
After this, we will exchange paperwork (contract, consent form, etc) and we will arrange to start therapy sessions at the best time available that works for you and your child.
