About me and my therapy practice
I'm Hanna, a Â鶹Դ´ accredited counsellor with over nine years of experience. I work with individuals and couples in Ealing, West London — face to face, as Walk & Talk therapy in local green spaces, or online anywhere in the UK and Europe.
My practice is inclusive and intersectional. I work with women, LGBTQ+ clients, neurodiverse individuals, and couples, and I take the full context of your identity and experience into account. Before private practice, I spent three years supporting survivors of domestic abuse, which deepened my trauma-informed approach.
I draw on person-centred and solution-focused brief therapy — sessions are led by your needs, not a fixed model. Common areas I work with include anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, relationships, grief, menopause, low self-esteem and life transitions.
I offer a free 25-minute introductory call. Please get in touch to arrange one. I'd be glad to hear from you.
Practice description
How I work
Our sessions are built on a genuine, respectful connection — one where you remain the expert on your own life. I'm here to walk alongside you, not to diagnose or direct you.
I'll work to understand your world as you experience it, bringing curiosity and care rather than assumptions. Whatever you bring to the room, you won't need to edit or explain yourself.
I believe that the insights and answers you're looking for are often already within you. My job is to help you access them — by exploring your strengths alongside your struggles, and by helping you find clarity at a pace that feels right for you.

Finding the right therapist matters
You're in control of this process — and finding someone you feel comfortable with is the most important first step.
That's why I offer a free 30-minute phone call before we commit to anything. It's a chance for you to get a feel for how I work, ask any questions, and sense whether talking with me feels right. I'll also be honest with you if I think someone else might be a better fit.
If we decide to work together, we'll check in regularly to make sure sessions are genuinely useful to you. Our first review usually happens at session six — a natural pause to reflect on how things are going and whether you're getting what you need.
Throughout our work together, you set the pace. You decide what we explore and when. Therapy with me is built on the belief that you're the expert on your own life — my role is to support you, not to lead you somewhere you don't want to go.

About me and my therapy practice
I work with individual adults and couples. I offer a safe and welcoming space where you can simply be yourself, somewhere to pause, breathe and grow. Counselling is about walking alongside you as you discover your own strength, potential and way forward.
Your journey is unique, so my support is adaptable. We can work in a person-centred way to explore the 'why' behind your experiences in a trauma-safe environment, or we can use solution-focused techniques to focus on the 'how' of moving forward. Whether you need deep emotional processing or brief, goal-oriented sessions, I am here to facilitate your growth.
I believe that every person is doing their best with what they’ve got, and that we all carry the potential to live more fully and freely. Sometimes, we just need the right kind of support to reconnect with that inner strength. That’s where counselling can help.

Where I work
I offer face-to-face sessions in Ealing, just opposite Ealing Broadway Station—a convenient and comfortable space to talk in person. I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy in Lammas and Walpole Park.
If you're not local, you can also work with me online from anywhere in the UK and Europe.
My experience
I’ve been working with clients since 2017 and have supported people from many different walks of life. From 2018 to 2021, I worked with an organisation focused on supporting survivors of domestic abuse, an experience that deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and recovery.
I regularly take part in ongoing professional development to ensure that my work remains effective, informed, and compassionate. At the moment I am training as a couples counsellor at the German Paracelsus Gesundheitsakademie.

My first session
Finding the right therapist matters
You might be wondering how to know if I’m the right fit for you. I offer a free initial 30 minute phone call, giving you a chance to get a sense of how I work and whether you feel comfortable talking with me. It’s also a time for me to reflect on whether I’m the right person to support you.
If we decide to begin working together, we’ll have regular check-ins to make sure our sessions are helpful and aligned with your needs. Our first review will usually happen in the sixth session, giving you the space to reflect on how therapy is going and whether you're getting what you need from it.
Our partnership is built on the belief that you are the expert of your own life. We will work at a pace that respects your nervous system and honours your unique identity . You are in control of what we explore and when, ensuring that therapy is a space of empowerment, not pressure.
