I offer sessions in person at the Tunbridge Wells Counselling Hub, just five minutes from the train station, and online via zoom.
My hours are 9am鈥8pm on weekdays. Weekly sessions can bring helpful consistency, but I know life doesn鈥檛 always fit neatly into a fixed slot. Once we鈥檝e established our work together, I can offer flexible scheduling to fit around your needs.
Alongside private counselling, I鈥檓 also registered with WPA.
You鈥檙e welcome to contact me through this page or via my website to arrange a free, no-obligation 20-minute phone or zoom. It鈥檚 a chance to ask questions and get a feel for how I work. My phone and email are dedicated to counselling, confidential, and all emails are encrypted on my end. If I miss your call, I鈥檒l aim to get back to you within two working days.
About me and my therapy practice
Therapy with me isn鈥檛 about fixing you (that would assume you need fixing!). It鈥檚 about meaningful change - processing and untangling what feels heavy. That weight can take many forms: parts of yourself you鈥檝e learned to hide, struggles with identity, relationships that don鈥檛 feel safe, trauma, anxiety, low moods, overwhelm or unhealthy patterns that keep repeating.
I鈥檓 a qualified integrative counsellor with years of practice and experience, but what matters most is that I鈥檓 still a constant learner. Curiosity and a hunger to keep growing mean I鈥檓 always reading, training and developing, so I can support my clients in the most effective way I can.
That鈥檚 how my specialism took shape: working with anxiety, trauma, identity and relationship issues - with both individuals and couples (in any kind of relationship).
I believe the relationship between counsellor and client is at the heart of therapy. It creates the safety to explore at your own pace, in your own way. Working with me is collaborative - you are always at the centre.
In a world where so much is automated, therapy with me is human-to-human connection: real presence, real curiosity, and real compassion - not scripts or AI.
My practice is inclusive, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming. No two people are the same, so I shape the work around you rather than fitting you into a model. Together we鈥檒l explore what鈥檚 holding you back and find ways to manage challenges, while making shifts that feel real and lasting.
It might feel like a big step into the unknown - but just come as you are. I鈥檒l meet you there, with openness, curiosity and compassion. I鈥檒l be led by your choices and your needs. Most of all, you don鈥檛 have to face this alone.

Session offerings and rates:
Individual counselling 鈥 拢60 (50 minutes)
Individual single-session therapy 鈥 拢70 (50 minutes)
Couple/relationship counselling 鈥 拢80 (50 minutes)
Student counsellors 鈥 拢45 (50 minutes)
I regularly undertake training as part of my continuous professional development to ensure I can offer the best support I can to my clients. Over the years, I鈥檝e completed specialist and advanced training in areas including relationships, trauma, anxiety, neurodiversity, loss, self-harm, safeguarding and working with suicide.
Please note that, unfortunately, the Tunbridge Wells Counselling Hub is not wheelchair accessible. However, my practice room in my family home is wheelchair-friendly.
My first session
The first session differs slightly from other sessions because we鈥檒l discuss our working agreement/ contract and gather basic information to get us started. Although the duration of counselling is entirely up to you, having an agreement in place is paramount. It is a part of good ethical practice, provides essential details and helps to ensure we are on the same page.
I typically start with an initial assessment, where we look closely at what brought you to counselling now and the nature of your concerns, some background and what you would like to gain from working together. That said, I鈥檓 aware that it can feel overwhelming with 鈥渢oo much too soon鈥 to share all that in the first session. Then trust your instincts and we can begin focusing on what prompted you here and present issues. Always remember, I鈥檒l be led by you.
I look forward to hearing from you.
