About me and my therapy practice

Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. Connecting with the right counsellor is important and can sometimes feel difficult and confusing.

I am a person centered counsellor with extensive experience working with clients who have had addiction issues (such as alcohol, substances, gambling or sex).

I have also worked with clients who have experienced issues around sexuality and gender, stress, anxiety or bereavement.

I have more recently worked extensively with survivors of trauma (sexual and violent abuse),
