About me and my therapy practice

I work with executives, academics, and creatives who are seeking meaningful change in their lives.

My clients often appear to be managing well from the outside, but internally they're struggling with challenges they can't seem to resolve alone; whether in relationships, work-life balance, family dynamics, or life transitions.

I offer a warm and compassionate therapeutic space where you can feel safe to reflect, heal, and rebuild. My approach recognises that mental health issues can form invisible barriers to getting what we want in life, the connection, fulfilment, and contentment we're seeking. Together, we explore the patterns that may be unconsciously blocking your path forward.

In addition to my therapeutic training, I bring life experience from both the corporate world and the entertainment industry. As a husband and father myself, I understand the complexities of balancing personal and professional life.

I know that seeking help takes courage, and I'm here to support you in taking back control and moving beyond feeling stuck.

Whether you're dealing with relationship difficulties, work stress, imposter syndrome, anger management, loneliness, creative blocks, or family estrangement, the right help can make all the difference.

If this resonates with you then get in touch.

Practice description

Practice Description

I practice from a consulting room in Fulham, SW6, and also offer online sessions for those who prefer remote therapy or have difficulty traveling to South West London.

What to Expect

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. In our first session, we'll discuss what's brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I'll explain how therapy works and answer any questions you might have.

There's no pressure - this initial meeting is also an opportunity for you to see if we're a good fit.

My approach is practical and grounded. While I create a safe space for you to explore difficult feelings and experiences, I'm also focused on helping you make real changes in your life. Sessions are confidential, allowing you to speak openly about things you may not feel able to discuss elsewhere.

I understand that reaching out for help can feel daunting, especially if this is your first time seeking therapy. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals who've spent years managing on their own. Taking this step doesn't mean you're failing - it means you're ready to invest in yourself and your wellbeing.

Sessions

Sessions are typically 50 minutes and take place at the same time each week, providing consistency and a regular space for reflection. I work with clients on both a short-term and open-ended basis, depending on your needs and goals.

My first session

My First Session Details

The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and explore whether we can work together effectively.

In this initial meeting, we'll look at what has brought you to therapy and why you're seeking help now. Understanding your current situation and what you hope to achieve helps us establish a foundation for our work together.

I'll explain how therapy works, including what you can expect from the process and from me as your therapist. We'll also discuss how confidentiality works in therapy - what this means in practice and the rare circumstances where confidentiality might need to be broken.

This is your time to ask any questions that come up. There are no silly questions, and it's important that you feel informed and comfortable before committing to ongoing work. Some clients know immediately that therapy feels right; others need time to think. Either response is completely normal.

By the end of the first session, you'll have a clearer sense of whether my approach suits your needs, and we can discuss next steps together.
