About me and my therapy practice

I offer a safe, supportive space for people affected by trauma or abuse, helping them process difficult experiences, manage overwhelming emotions, and reconnect with themselves and others.

Taking the first step

Reaching out to a therapist can feel daunting, but by being here you’ve already taken the first step.

Supporting a range of challenges

I also support people with challenges that may stem from trauma or abuse, as well as those experiencing similar struggles for other reasons. These challenges can include:

  • Low self-esteem
  • Stress
  • Depression
  • Grief
  • Relationship difficulties

Alongside private practice, I work with a community charity supporting women who have experienced domestic abuse and sexual violence.

A safe space to explore

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming—you may feel stuck, emotionally on edge, or disconnected from yourself and others. In our sessions, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore what you’re going through at your own pace.

Walking alongside you

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, supporting and guiding you to discover your own solutions. This approach can help you find clarity, healing, and the confidence to move forward and live a more fulfilling life.
