About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I鈥檓 Charlotte Le Moignan (she/her), a 麻豆原创-accredited psychotherapist offering online therapy for adults across the UK.
If you鈥檙e feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in your head, or like you鈥檙e constantly bracing for something 鈥 I鈥檓 here to help. I specialise in working with anxiety in all its forms, including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic, health anxiety, and chronic worry.
I understand that anxiety isn鈥檛 鈥渏ust in your head鈥 鈥 it lives in the body, shapes relationships, and often carries a deeper story. Together, we can gently explore what鈥檚 underneath, so you can feel more grounded, resourced, and at home in yourself.
Alongside my work with anxiety, I also support many neurodivergent clients (including those with ADHD, autism and sensory differences). I offer a space that is affirming, trauma-informed and adapted to your needs 鈥 whether you鈥檙e diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply want a therapist who works in a non-pathologising way.
飧
My approach is warm, relational and collaborative. I draw from humanistic, psychodynamic and integrative models, with a focus on helping you feel safe, seen, and understood 鈥 especially if therapy has felt overwhelming or inaccessible in the past.
All sessions are held online, offering flexibility and comfort wherever you are in the UK.
If you鈥檙e curious about how we might work together, I offer a free initial consultation. You鈥檙e welcome exactly as you are 鈥 you don鈥檛 have to have it all figured out.
飧
You鈥檙e not too much. You鈥檙e not too sensitive. You鈥檙e not broken.
Let鈥檚 start from where you are.
Practice description
I offer one-to-one therapy for adults online, creating a calm, non-judgemental space to explore what鈥檚 going on in your life. You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck in patterns that don鈥檛 feel helpful, or simply unsure of what鈥檚 wrong 鈥 just that things aren鈥檛 quite right. Therapy offers a chance to pause and make sense of things at your own pace, with support.
I specialise in working with anxiety, including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic, and chronic worry. I also have experience supporting clients with low mood, self-criticism, relational difficulties, trauma, and identity questions.
I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, autism and sensory sensitivities. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed 鈥 I adapt the pace, structure, and communication style of therapy to meet your needs, and I don鈥檛 pathologise difference.
My work is relational, reflective and grounded in humanistic and psychodynamic thinking. This means I place the relationship at the heart of therapy and see our work together as a shared, respectful exploration of your internal world 鈥 not a set of tools to 鈥渇ix鈥 you.
Sessions are held remotely via secure video, making therapy more accessible and flexible.
My first session
Before we begin working together, I offer a free 20-minute consultation online. This is a chance for us to meet, talk through what brings you to therapy, and get a sense of whether we might be a good fit.
If you decide to go ahead, the first full session is an opportunity for you to share more about your current situation, your hopes for therapy, and anything that feels important for me to know. I鈥檒l ask some gentle, open questions, but there鈥檚 no pressure to tell your whole story straight away 鈥 we鈥檒l go at your pace.
We鈥檒l also cover:
鈥 What you鈥檇 like to focus on (if you know)
鈥 Any access needs or adjustments you may require
鈥 How I work, and what you can expect from therapy
鈥 Confidentiality, session structure, and practicalities
My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, respected and not judged. There鈥檚 no expectation to be 鈥渞eady鈥 or have everything figured out 鈥 starting therapy is a courageous step, and we鈥檒l take it one step at a time.
