About me and my therapy practice
For over two decades I have supported individuals in navigating life's challenges and discovering their inner strengths. My approach integrates Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, and DBT, always tailored to meet your unique needs.
I have a particular interest in working with people living with BPD/EUPD including those who suspect their emotional difficulties may be connected to undiagnosed ADHD or autism. Many of the women I work with have received a BPD/EUPD diagnosis but have been unable to access adequate support through the NHS. I also support people experiencing intense emotions, navigating toxic or unhealthy relationships, struggling with low self-worth, and those in addiction recovery.
I offer a structured 9-session online therapy programme for BPD/EUPD, available to clients across the whole of the UK. Sessions take place via secure video call and include daily WhatsApp support between sessions, so you are never left struggling alone.
I have a particular interest in helping clients:
- Manage and understand BPD/EUPD
- Explore the connection between ADHD, autism, and emotional dysregulation
- Recover from the effects of toxic or unhealthy relationships
- Work through past experiences and significant life events
- Overcome low self-esteem and build a stronger sense of self
- Develop healthy coping strategies for intense emotions
- Improve communication and rebuild relationships
I am experienced in working with a wide range of mental health concerns and trained in multiple therapeutic approaches, allowing me to adapt our work to suit you as an individual. I warmly welcome clients from all backgrounds and am proud to be an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.

Practice description
What this means for you is that your therapy will be tailored entirely to your individual needs, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I draw on a range of evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, person-centred therapy, grief and bereavement support, and relationship guidance. This flexibility allows me to adapt our work to what will be most effective and meaningful for you.
For clients with BPD/EUPD, I offer a structured 9-session programme that provides a clear, supportive framework while remaining flexible to your individual needs. Each session builds on the last, equipping you with practical DBT skills, personalised handouts to keep, and daily WhatsApp support Monday to Thursday between sessions. The programme is available online across the UK, making specialist support accessible wherever you are.
I also work with clients who are beginning to understand the connection between undiagnosed ADHD or autism and their emotional difficulties. This is an area that is only recently being understood, and many women are discovering it for the first time in their 30s, 40s and 50s. I am experienced in working with this overlap and know how to help you make sense of it and where to go next if further assessment is needed.
I am committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you feel safe to be yourself. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and am proud to be an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
My first session
In our first session, we will take time to explore what has brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you would like to achieve. This is an opportunity for me to understand your needs in depth, while also giving you space to ask questions and get a sense of how I work. Together, we will begin to identify clear, realistic goals for our work together.
For clients joining the 9-session EUPD programme, our first session also involves creating your personal timeline exploring significant life events and relationships that have shaped who you are today. You will leave the first session with your first practical tool: an emotion regulation technique you can begin using straight away.
My main focus and passion is supporting you to achieve your goals. I work collaboratively with you to develop practical, effective coping strategies that you can use in everyday life. Alongside this, we will work towards building your confidence, strengthening your sense of self, and helping you feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions, and choices.
In our sessions, you can expect a balance of empathy, support, and gentle challenge. Clients often describe me as warm, calm, and easy to talk to. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where no subject is off-limits and I believe that meaningful, lasting change is possible for everyone who is ready to work towards it.
Individual sessions are available at £75. The full 9-session EUPD programme is £625, with a two-instalment payment option available. A free initial consultation call is available for all new clients.
