About me and my therapy practice
Integrative counsellor in North London & Shoreditch offering in-person and online therapy
If life feels overwhelming or confusing, you may find yourself stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand — in relationships, at work, or in how you treat yourself. Therapy can offer a space to slow things down, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, helping you move forward with greater clarity and agency.
I am an integrative counsellor with experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, low mood, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, loneliness, work-related stress, and feeling stuck. I work collaboratively, paying attention to both present-day challenges and the longer-standing patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
My approach is respectful, compassionate and thoughtful. I aim to help you explore past experiences safely, develop self-understanding, and create changes that feel meaningful and sustainable — at your pace.
I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds, and have a particular interest in supporting young adults, millennials and Gen Z. My practice is inclusive and affirmative: you do not need to be anyone other than yourself in order to come to therapy.
If you are neurodivergent or have a disability and would benefit from adjustments, I welcome you to get in touch so we can think together about how to make therapy accessible and supportive for you.
Practice description
I offer face-to-face sessions in Shoreditch and North London, as well as online counselling. My North London location is wheelchair-accessible; please note that the Shoreditch space is not. Sessions take place in a calm, private setting where you can speak openly and at your own pace.
I work integratively, meaning I tailor therapy to each client rather than following a fixed model. Drawing on relational, psychodynamic, humanistic, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis approaches, I support clients to explore present-day difficulties alongside longer-standing patterns in relationships, work, and self-esteem.
Some people come to therapy with a clear focus; others arrive feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck — both are very welcome. We will work collaboratively to understand what is happening for you, develop insight and self-compassion, and support changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
I am committed to offering inclusive and affirmative therapy. I welcome clients of all identities, genders, sexualities, relationship styles and neurotypes, and I encourage anyone who may need adjustments to get in touch so we can consider how to make therapy accessible and supportive.
If you are thinking about starting counselling, you are welcome to contact me to discuss availability, ask questions, or see whether working together feels like a good fit.
My first session
If you are considering long- or short-term therapy, it is not always possible to know how many sessions will be helpful at the outset. The first session gives us a chance to explore what has brought you to therapy, begin to understand what may be going on for you, and discuss what you would like from the work.
During this initial meeting, we will talk about your current concerns, relevant background, and what you are hoping for from counselling. We can also think together about whether ongoing therapy, time-limited work, or a more focused approach would feel most helpful, and agree how to work together moving forward.
I also offer single-session counselling and Wellbeing MOT appointments for those seeking one-off support or a focused space to reflect on their emotional wellbeing.
If you would like to know more about starting therapy or discuss what might suit you best, you are very welcome to get in touch.
