Therapist - London

London W1J
Sessions from £90.00

Features

Availability

I work online with clients anywhere in the world (except USA and Canada).

About me and my therapy practice

I offer a supportive space for individuals and couples, taking a practical, open-minded, and down-to-earth approach. My style is interactive and welcoming. I bring warmth and compassion, while also offering the kind of gentle challenge that helps create real change.

In couples work, I encourage both partners to step away from blame and instead reflect on their own patterns, emotions, and contributions to the relationship. This shift often opens the door to deeper understanding and more meaningful connection.

I know that finding the right therapist can feel daunting. That’s why I invite you to take your time exploring my website and getting a sense of my approach. If it feels like a good fit, you’re welcome to book an initial session so we can see how we might work together.

Practice description

Individual Counselling

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to face it alone. I support people experiencing challenges such as anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, or difficult relationships. I also work with those facing workplace stress, identity struggles, or adjusting to new cultural or personal circumstances.

Couples Counselling

Every relationship has its ups and downs. I help couples work through issues like trust, communication, intimacy, or parenting differences. Couples therapy can also be a way to strengthen your bond, rebuild closeness, and grow a deeper understanding of each other.

Psychosexual Therapy

Sexual difficulties can feel isolating, but you don’t have to go through them alone. I offer a safe, supportive space to talk openly about what’s going on and find a way forward. This might include exploring challenges such as low desire, performance anxiety, pain during sex, or difficulties with intimacy.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and connect. We’ll discuss your current challenges, explore your goals, and answer any questions you might have about the therapy process. This session is about discovering whether we’re the right match to work together, with no obligation to continue beyond this point.

My aim is to help you feel comfortable and empowered to make an informed decision about your next steps. If the availability shown doesn’t suit your schedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
