About me and my therapy practice

My Approach:

Our early experiences profoundly shape our emotional lives, influencing our thoughts, reactions, and relationships as adults. We often find ourselves repeating unhelpful patterns or struggling to understand the root of our difficulties. Psychotherapy offers a dedicated space to explore these challenges.

I use a relational approach to therapy, which is grounded in the belief that the working relationship between you and your therapist is the most important factor in successful treatment. Through this approach, we will work together to help you gain a deeper understanding of your inner world and how it impacts your relationships. This will focus on creating lasting change by building your self-confidence, improving your relationships, and enhancing your overall well-being.

By exploring the connections between your past and present, we can build a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship that facilitates your personal growth and development. My goal is to meet you where you are and to help you navigate your unique journey towards healing.

Fees & Availability:

I believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone. To ensure this, I offer a sliding scale for fees, which can be discussed during our initial session or upon your inquiry. My standard rate is £60 per 50-minute session.

I currently offer in-person sessions in East Central London, just a few minutes' walk from Liverpool Street Station. For those unable to attend in person, I also provide remote sessions nationwide via Microsoft Teams.

Beginning Therapy:

The initial session is an opportunity for us to explore how we might work together. We will discuss your expectations and desired outcomes for therapy, and you will have a chance to ask any questions you may have. My priority is to create a space where you feel seen and heard, so you can decide if I'm the right therapist for you.
