About me and my therapy practice

I am a Humanistic counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from the University of Oxford. My work is shaped by experience in counselling and trauma-informed settings, supporting adults through periods of emotional distress, transition, and change.

I am interested in how personal narratives are formed 鈥 and how they can become rigid, self-limiting, or shaped by earlier experiences. Alongside relational and reflective work, I draw on CBT-informed interventions where these can help loosen unhelpful patterns and support greater emotional flexibility.

I work collaboratively, with attention to pace, safety, and meaning, aiming for therapy that is thoughtful, grounded, and responsive rather than formulaic.

I offer online therapy in English and Hebrew, with accessible rates and an initial consultation.

Practice description

People come to therapy for many reasons 鈥 not only when something is wrong, but when something matters enough to be understood. Many people arrive feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in familiar emotional patterns, even when they can鈥檛 quite explain why. My work offers a steady, thoughtful space to reflect, make sense of what is happening, and begin to approach difficulties differently.

In our work together, we will explore your experiences, emotions, and relationships, and consider how past patterns may be shaping the present. Where helpful, we will also work in a more practical way 鈥 for example, noticing unhelpful ways of thinking, developing skills for emotional regulation, or finding new ways to respond when familiar coping strategies are no longer useful. The aim is not to 鈥渇ix鈥 you, but to support greater clarity, flexibility, and choice.

I work in a calm, collaborative way and adapt the pace and focus of therapy to you. Some sessions may feel more reflective, others more focused and active, depending on what you need at the time.

I offer online therapy in English and Hebrew. I keep my fees accessible and offer an initial consultation so you can get a sense of whether working together feels right.

My first session

In our first session, I offer a free, no-obligation consultation. This allows us to get to know each other and determine if we鈥檙e a good fit for working together. During this session, I will provide an overview of my approach and what you can expect from therapy, while also giving you the space to share what has brought you to seek support.

I may ask you to complete a brief initial assessment, which helps me understand your current challenges, goals for therapy, and any relevant background information. This helps guide our work together and ensures that we tailor the sessions to your specific needs.

I believe that the first session is about building trust and clarity, so you can make an informed decision about whether you鈥檇 like to continue. I look forward to hearing your story and exploring how we can work together toward your goals.
