About me and my therapy practice
I believe in working at your own pace and helping you facilitate the changes you want to make in your life through explorations.
I use religious and cultural understanding to help support my clients through difficulties that other therapists or counsellors may not understand. Through therapy I help you to gain a deeper understanding of your experiences and your creating goals that we can work towards together.
I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their emotions and thoughts and challenging cultural narratives that may be holding you back.
I have been working as a Person centred and Domestic violence counsellor for 5 + years and also have gained Cognitive Behavioural Therapy qualifications to help support clients further with anxiety symptoms and worries.
