About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor and coach, offering a safe and supportive space to help you cope with whatever challenges you may be facing. I will listen to you with respect and genuine care, valuing you as you are. With a non-judgmental approach, I offer insight that may help you see things from a new perspective.
Practice description
My approach is rooted in psychosynthesis, a modality that views the whole person - their past, present, and potential for the future. It helps integrate the different, and sometimes conflicting, parts of ourselves into a sense of wholeness. Psychosynthesis counselling is more than a compassionate conversation—it is a journey toward becoming whole.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring my work to suit your unique needs and working at a pace that is comfortable for you. My toolkit includes humanistic and psychodynamic therapies, CBT and solution-focused therapy, creative art and eye movement therapy, as well as somatic, breathing, and mindfulness techniques.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a coach and training specialist within the private sector. This experience helps me understand the unique pressures of corporate environments and allows me to blend coaching into therapy—transforming awareness into meaningful, actionable plans.
I work on a weekly basis, with adults, and I can offer short term therapy of 8-12 sessions, and long-term therapy. I am available for online sessions, via zoom and my sessions in person are held in the heart of Richmond.
My first session
After an initial contact by e-mail or phone, we will arrange for an initial session as soon as we can. The initial session is to explore in more details what brings you to therapy or coaching and how it might be beneficial for you.
