About me and my therapy practice
Hi there, I'm Beccy, a Â鶹Դ´ registered therapist. I support people of all ages and walks of life through personal difficulties and challenges.
Examples of issues I can support you with (but not limited to) include anxiety, depression, self harm, OCD, relationships and trauma. I have over 15 years experience supporting and working with people in different settings, ranging from children and young people through to adults, including those with neurodiversity and SEN.
I am a qualified Integrative Therapist, utilising a range of therapeutic techniques to make sure we find the right fit for you. These include person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy. Sessions will be tailored to suit you and your personality, ensuring that you feel safe and heard and able to move forward at a pace that suits you.
I work within the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Â鶹Դ´) Ethical Framework for Good Practice, and regularly undertake training and supervision as part of my commitment to continuous personal development.
I have helped many people to better understand themselves and develop healthier coping strategies enabling them to navigate some of life's most challenging experiences. By working collaboratively, clients often gain increased confidence, clarity and resilience, enabling them to move forward with greater self-compassion and a stronger sense of direction.
I always suggest an initial conversation to introduce ourselves and see if we would work well together - if you'd like to chat, please contact me via phone or email.
