About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified, integrative therapist so I have trained in several, different, therapeutic approaches therefore we will have some flexibility in how we work together if needed.

Practice description

I can offer you a safe, nonjudgemental space for you to explore what you need to at a pace that feels right for you. As insights come to light, we will then look together at strategies that support you to move in a more positive direction.
