About me and my therapy practice

Feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed or disconnected after experiencing loss? Whether a bereavement or another kind of loss, I can help you process your grief, ease difficult emotions and find ways to live alongside loss with more peace and meaning.

If you're here, you might be struggling with grief perhaps after losing a parent, partner, or someone deeply important to you.

Or your grief might not come from a bereavement, but from the loss of a relationship, a role, your sense of self, your health, or a significant life change that's left you feeling untethered.

Grief can affect us in many different ways. You may feel anxious, low, stuck, disconnected, angry, or find yourself struggling to move forward with life.

If this sounds like what you're going through, you and your grief are so welcome here.

I offer a unique blend of grief counselling, breathwork and grief tending - a holistic approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy.

Together, we will:

• Create space for your grief to be witnessed and held without judgment

• Explore how loss is affecting your life - work, relationships, and your sense of self

• Build practical tools for managing grief waves, anxiety and overwhelm

• Gently process difficult emotions like guilt, anger and fear about the future

• Find ways to maintain connection with your loved one while moving forward

• Support you to live alongside your grief with more peace and ease

I work with an integrative, person-centred approach, which means our work together will be shaped around you - where you are right now and what you are most needing at this time.
