About me and my therapy practice
I'm a relational, integrative psychotherapist based in Finsbury Park (N4) and Walthamstow (E17), offering online and face-to-face therapy for adults. As an NHS-trained therapist, I've worked with diverse clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and overthinking.
Therapy is more than "just talking"—it's a space to process experiences, explore patterns, and build new ways of living and coping. My approach draws on evidence-based frameworks, including CBT, attachment theory, neuroscience, and relational therapy, tailored to your specific needs.
What Makes My Approach Different
Many clients come to me after therapy that didn't quite "land." What makes the difference is the combination of clarity, evidence-based practice, and genuine warmth. I draw on neuroscience and research to help things make sense, while holding space for difficult emotions like anger, frustration, or grief. I adapt to how your mind works—whether you connect through concrete strategies and data, or need gentler exploration. My aim is for therapy to feel safe and useful: something you can understand, trust, and apply in everyday life.
What I Support
- Anxiety, panic, and persistent worry
- Low self-confidence and harsh self-criticism
- Relationship patterns and difficulties
- Trauma, PTSD, and attachment challenges
- Overthinking, rumination, and self-doubt
Online Therapy
I've completed specialist training in online therapy and can offer the same relational depth virtually as face-to-face.
