About me and my therapy practice

Who I am:

I am a psychotherapist based in Denmark Hill, London offering sessions in-person, online and outdoors.

There may be many reasons for seeking therapy.

Perhaps you feel anxiety is dominating your day, filling your thoughts with worst-case scenarios or 'what ifs'.

You might feel depressed,  experiencing a lack of motivation to do the things you used to enjoy.

You may feel lost or overwhelmed - perhaps not feeling your life looks like how you'd imagined at this point.

My specialism of pregnancy loss and fertility challenges allows me to effectively support you if you are navigating multiple miscarriages, TFMRs or a fertility journey that is nothing like you'd expected it to be.

Or maybe you are a parent finding the daily challenges are taking its toll on your relationship.

How I work:

My approach draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) in a flexible way that supports you to make space for difficult thoughts and feelings while staying connected to what matters to you in order to make a lasting change.

What change might look like:

Therapy isn't about "fixing" you, it's about helping you feel more like yourself again. Over time, change might look like:

Waking up without that immediate sense of dread

Feeling calmer in situations that used to spiral into overthinking

Having more energy and motivation to engage in your life

Setting boundaries without overwhelming guilt

Feeling more connected to your partner, friends or family

Trusting your decisions instead of constantly second-guessing yourself

Being able to experience sadness or anxiety without being consumed by it.

For some, it's quieter than that. It might simply be shifting from surviving each week to living it with intention.

Whatever your challenge right now, know that therapy with me is both brave and gentle, nurturing and challenging, reflective and dynamic. All with the aim of moving you closer to kind of life you want to live.

I offer a free 15 minute introductory call as an opportunity to ask me any questions you may have and for us to explore how therapy might best work for you. You can book a call online via my website or by requesting one through the Â鶹ԭ´´ enquiry form.

Following on from the introductory call, if you decide to, we can arrange an intake consultation which lasts one hour and explores issues and hopes for therapy in more detail.
