About me and my therapy practice
I aim to provide a welcoming, safe space where it is possible to speak about anything you are experiencing now, or have experienced in the past, that is causing you pain and stress (mental or physical). I am trained in psychodynamic counselling and am particularly interested in looking out for unconscious material that may illuminate the source of your problems.
I am a Â鶹Դ´ member and qualified counsellor with many years of experience working with young people (18-25 year-olds) and adults. I believe that the relationship between client and counsellor is fundamental to the success of the counselling and I look to build a relationship based on compassion and non-judgment.
Everyone has their own particular challenges and their own unique ‘make-up’ which can render aspects of life very hard. It is my job to help you to feel you can safely explore these things in a confidential space to understand and know yourself more deeply.
