I work with individuals who want to improve their relationships and personal connections. Whether you're experiencing trust issues, communication difficulties, conflict, parenting challenges, navigating life transitions such as midlife changes, menopause, or seeking to understand yourself better within your relationships, I provide a compassionate and reflective space for exploration and growth. These challenges often connect to deeper personal and emotional patterns, including attachment styles and boundaries. Through a holistic approach, I help you develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and foster the personal growth that leads to more fulfilling and connected relationships.
I'm a qualified therapist and counsellor, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MÂé¶¹Ô´´), with over 15 years' experience across a wide range of mental health and community practice settings, including one-to-one relationship therapy, trauma‑informed person‑centred counselling, therapeutic parenting support, and early years therapeutic work. My background and postgraduate training equips me to work with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship difficulties, and personal development, recognising how these impact emotional health and relationships. I offer both online and in‑person counselling in London, with flexible options for short‑term or longer‑term therapy tailored to your personal needs. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship, a confidential, non‑judgemental space where you can explore what matters most to you, at your own pace, and work towards meaningful change.
Practice description
I use an integrative approach, drawing on a spectrum of well‑established therapeutic methods to meet your unique needs. From a person‑centred perspective, my work is grounded in empathy, acceptance, and positive regard, recognising you as the expert in your life.
Psychodynamic therapy can help uncover how past experiences may influence your present relationships and attachment patterns, when it feels relevant and helpful, while Systemic practice explores family patterns, relational dynamics, and underlying scripts that may shape your current connections. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) offers practical tools to change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, particularly effective for anxiety, depression, stress, and overwhelm, while Solution‑Focused work highlights strengths and supports meaningful, future‑oriented change.
