About me and my therapy practice

Hi I'm Maria

I am a fully qualified Counsellor working with adults, children and couples.

I work in an educational and private setting working with clients who suffer with Anxiety, Depression, Stress, bereavement, loss, PTSD and many other issues.

My core model of therapy is Person-Centred Therapy, although I am an integrative Counsellor using techniques from other models including Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt and Play Therapy.

Practice description

My practice is based in Sittingbourne and is available in schools and private office space.

My first session

The first session will include an assessment, the session time is one hour. This is an informal meeting where we can look at how we can work together. This time will enable me to gather information and discuss your requirements. What you would like the outcome of counselling to be and your expectations. Any questions you may have about your therapy would be welcome.
