Availability
My availability hours can vary due to other client work (EAP),
which is short-term work, but I am quite flexible!
I am not available for a week in April of this year and a week in June as I have holidays booked!
About me and my therapy practice
I work from my home address in a summer house in my garden. It is private & cosy and away from my personal setting. I have made it as comfortable as I can, with refreshments to hand if you require.

Practice description
I am person-centred, which means the work I do with my clients is focused on them and what support they need from therapy.
My sessions are light and calm, and where appropriate, humour is definitely something I feel helps the client to feel relaxed in the room.
I am mindful of vulnerability, anxiety and low self-esteem in the room and I do have fidget tools to help if it feels overwhelming for the client.
My first session
In the first session we will complete an assessment together where I can hopefully identify some struggles with the client. I feel the first session is crucial for both myself and the client to get to know one another and to feel comfortable. Therefore, the first session is usually a settling in and having a outline of the reason why the client has reached out to therapy.

Availability
I am flexible with my working hours; however, I am not available from the 17th April- 27th/04/2026 as I am on annual leave.
About me and my therapy practice
I completed my clinical supervision training with ' Counselling Tutor' I work with the 'Seven Eyed Model' with the supervisee's.
I am available for either face-to-face or virtual supervision.
Practice description
My therapy/ supervision room is based at my home address. The sessions are held in a summer house in the garden, which is away from my personal life. The space is comfy and private.
I have refreshments available if you require.
My first session
The first session would be getting to know each other and ensuring all the relevant information for supervision is up to date and completed.
We would identify any Q & A that may arise in the first session to ensure the supervisee feels positive of our working relationship and if there are any worries or concerns, we can discuss openly.
