I am a fully qualified Â鶹Դ´ registered Humanistic counsellor. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental and confidential space where we can reflect together on things that are happening for you. I work with you to explore your experiences in order to better understand who you are and support you to find greater fulfillment in life. This in turn can help to create better relationships and support you to move away from negative thoughts and behaviours.
As a Humanistic therapist I use different models and techniques to support you. Your experiences are unique to you and we will work together to explore them at your own pace. My warmth and acceptance will help us build a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship where you feel truly heard and understood, even when things in your life may be difficult.
Practice description
I offer long and short term therapy using a variety of models to support you.
My face to face sessions take place in a quiet, private space near to Ealing Common.
My first session
offer a free initial non-obligatory telephone conversation which gives us the opportunity to talk through the process. We can discuss what you need from therapy and see if I can help. You will be able to ask any questions you may have. Research has shown the effectiveness of counselling depends on the quality of the therapeutic relationship, and we will be able to get a good sense of whether I am the right counsellor for you. If we decide for any reason not to work together I may be able to signpost you to another counsellor, therapist or service to support you.The initial session works as an assessment of your needs and our fit together. We will talk through some of your history and what has led you to seek support at this time. If at the end of the session we both feel we can work well together we will agree on how that looks going forward.
