About me and my therapy practice
When life feels heavy or you’re stretched thin, it can feel hard to find balance. You might be carrying grief, moving through a big transition, or feeling like you’ve lost touch with who you are. I’m Sarah, a counsellor who offers a gentle, steady space where you don’t have to hold it all together.
I support women who are feeling disconnected, whether that shows up as anxiety, low mood, burnout, or a sense of not feeling yourself. You might be juggling too much, feeling stuck, or wondering when life became so overwhelming.
I also work with women going through perimenopause or menopause, as well as those wanting to feel more comfortable and at home in their bodies. These experiences can be confusing and isolating, but you don’t have to move through them alone.
Loss can look different for everyone: the death of a loved one, miscarriage, fertility challenges, a difficult diagnosis, or simply the feeling that life hasn’t turned out as you hoped. Sometimes it’s about what we’ve lost...other times, it’s about what we longed for but never received.
Therapy isn’t about ‘fixing’ you. It’s about being seen, heard, and creating space for the parts of you that have been pushed aside, so you can reconnect with your strength, clarity, and inner knowing.
I work online with women across the UK and welcome clients from all backgrounds, cultures, and sexual orientations.
If you're wondering whether therapy with me is the right fit, you’re warmly invited to reach out, whether to ask a question or book an initial consultation. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
