About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Sarah.
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can slow down, breathe, and arrive exactly as you are. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially when you’ve been carrying a lot on your own, so my aim is to help you feel heard and supported from the very beginning.
My work is relational, shaped by psychodynamic and person-centred approaches. I take time to get to know you and the experiences that have shaped your inner world, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
Many of the women I work with feel overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. You might be exhausted, anxious, low in mood, stuck in patterns that no longer fit, or wondering when life began to feel so challenging. Loss and change may also be part of your experience, such as bereavement, fertility struggles, relationship endings, health challenges, or grieving the life you once imagined.
I don’t see therapy as fixing something that is broken. I see it as creating space for the parts of you that have been carrying too much, for feelings that haven’t yet found words, and for a deeper connection with yourself. Together, we can explore what may no longer be serving you and open up possibilities for clarity, compassion, and change.
I welcome women from all backgrounds, cultures, and sexual orientations, and I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space. If you’re wondering whether we might be a good fit, you’re very welcome to get in touch to ask a question or arrange an initial consultation.
Practice description
