Sometimes the hardest thing is realising how long you have been carrying everything on your own. Perhaps you are always holding things together for everyone else while quietly struggling yourself. Perhaps your relationships leave you feeling anxious, unseen, disconnected or emotionally drained. Perhaps you are exhausted from overthinking. Or perhaps you have simply reached a point where life no longer feels how you want it to feel.
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they do not fully understand 鈥 repeating the same relationship dynamics, doubting themselves, losing their sense of identity or feeling trapped between who they are and who they have learned they 鈥渟hould鈥 be.

Using Transactional Analysis psychotherapy alongside a warm, relational and client-centred approach, we work together to explore your inner dialogue, emotional experiences, relationship patterns and the life script that may unconsciously shape the way you think, feel and relate to others.

Practice description
Many people spend years adapting themselves to meet the needs and expectations of others, often losing touch with their own needs, voice and sense of self in the process. Couples Counselling/ Relationship Therapy
Relationships can become trapped in dysfunctional cycles. Often couples are not lacking love 鈥 they are lacking safety, understanding and healthy communication.
Couples therapy provides a space to slow things down, understand what is happening beneath the conflict and rebuild trust, connection and emotional security.

My first session
When you email your enquiry please could you let me know the location for your therapy as I have a couple of practices.
Also please say if you would prefer in person or online sessions.
I offer a free phone introductory call to discuss what you would like from therapy.
We will then go on to book an initial session at a reduced rate, this will allow us to see if we're a good fit.
If we are both happy to proceed we will set some goals for therapy and arrange times and dates to meet on a regular basis, weekly, fortnightly or whatever suits you.
