About me and my therapy practice
Are you a parent who loves their child deeply but finds yourself reacting in ways you promised you never would?
Maybe you recognise patterns from your own childhood playing out in your parenting. Maybe the relationship with your child feels more complicated than you know how to explain. Or maybe you’re an adult who keeps finding yourself in the same emotional places too much, too little, never quite feeling settled in your closest relationships.
If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
I’m Tiffany, a Â鶹Դ´ Registered counsellor working online with parents and adults. I specialise in attachment how our earliest experiences shape the way we love, parent, and connect with the people who matter most to us.
My background sets me apart. Before private practice I spent years working in primary schools and alternative provision alongside children whose early experiences had already shaped how they understood safety and connection. I worked closely with parents going through some of the hardest things a family can face: breakdown, separation, losing contact with their children. That work taught me something I carry into every session parents who struggle don’t struggle because they don’t care. They care enormously. But something from their own history gets in the way. Understanding that is where the change begins.
I work with:
Parents who want to break cycles and feel more at peace in their relationship with their child
Parents navigating family breakdown, separation, or custody difficulties
Adults who notice the same patterns repeating in their relationships
Adults who feel disconnected from others, or from themselves
Sessions are online, Mondays and Tuesdays 10am–2pm. Fee: £70 per session.
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call no obligation, just a conversation to see if working together feels right. Reach out whenever you’re ready.

My first session
The first session is a chance for us to meet and begin getting a sense of what's bringing you to therapy. There's no expectation to know exactly what you want to say or where to start - we can take things at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
We'll spend some time talking about what's been going on , what your hoping for from therapy and whether working together feels like a good fit. I'll also explain how I work and answer any questions you may have. Above all, the first session is about creating a space where you feel safe, listened to and supported.
