About me and my therapy practice

I will work alongside you, my client, without judgement.  We can roadmap your therapy journey together. Your personal aims and needs will drive the direction of our sessions. We can agree on appropriate check-ins and timely reviews to ensure you get what you need. I will use my training and experience to be your guide on this journey of self discovery.

Practice description

I am an Integrative Relational Psychotherapist offering a compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore the challenges you are facing. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships and that therapy can help you to understand yourself better, your patterns, and the ways you relate to others.

People often come to see me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, complex relationships, or the lasting impact of your early experiences. Together, we will gently make sense of what is happening for you, at your pace, in a way that feels safe and manageable.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches, tailoring my approach to suit your individual needs. Central to this is the therapeutic relationship we build, which becomes a space for growth, reflection, and change. I work relationally, meaning I pay attention to how we experience each other in the room as a way of understanding the relationships in your wider life.

My own life experience has shaped the therapist I am today. Growing up in care and starting my professional life in nursing taught me about resilience, vulnerability, and the importance of being truly heard. I bring this depth of understanding to my practice, alongside over eight years of clinical experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds.

Therapy with me provides a space to pause, reflect, and explore new ways forward. Whether you are looking for short-term support or a longer-term exploration, I offer a warm and collaborative relationship where your story, feelings, and hopes for change are at the centre.

My first session

Your first session will be an assessment, giving us both the opportunity to get to know each other and to explore what brings you to therapy. It’s also a chance for you to see whether I feel like the right therapist for you. This initial meeting takes place online, lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, and is offered free of charge.

I offer supervisory groups and one to one supervision on a Thursday each week.

About me and my therapy practice

As an experienced Integrative Relational Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, I offer a supportive, reflective, and collaborative supervision space for counsellors, psychotherapists, and other helping professionals. With ten years of clinical experience, I bring warmth, openness, and a relational style that encourages honesty, curiosity, and growth.

My supervision approach is grounded in the belief that supervision should be both a safe container and a dynamic learning environment. Together, we explore the clinical, ethical, and relational aspects of your work, holding in mind the parallel processes that often unfold between therapist, client, and supervisor. I encourage reflective dialogue that deepens clinical thinking, strengthens resilience, and nurtures your professional identity.

I have a particular interest in supporting practitioners who work on the frontline or in high-intensity environments. Many of my supervisees come seeking a space to process burnout, vicarious trauma, or the emotional toll of caring work. My own background — growing up in care, starting my career in nursing, and now working therapeutically with people in demanding roles — informs the compassion and understanding I bring to supervision.

Supervision with me is tailored to your needs and stage of development. For some, that means close attention to clinical process and ethical frameworks; for others, it means space to think creatively about interventions, self-care, and the balance between professional and personal life. Whether you are newly qualified and seeking guidance, or an experienced practitioner wanting a fresh perspective, I aim to provide a thoughtful, non-judgemental space where you can feel supported, challenged, and re-energised in your work.

Practice description

I offer a supportive, reflective, and collaborative supervision space for counsellors, psychotherapists, and other helping professionals. My aim is to provide a safe container where you can bring the full breadth of your work, the challenges, uncertainties, and the moments of growth , while also developing your clinical confidence and resilience.

My supervision style is integrative and relational. I encourage openness, curiosity, and dialogue, holding in mind the parallel processes that unfold between client, therapist, and supervisor. Together, we explore clinical material, ethical considerations, relational dynamics, and the impact of the work on you as a practitioner. Supervision is a space not only to safeguard clients but also to nurture your professional identity and well-being.

I have over ten years of clinical experience, and my background includes working therapeutically with individuals from diverse settings, as well as a career in nursing before training as a psychotherapist. Growing up in care also gives me a lived understanding of resilience, vulnerability, and the importance of relational safety perspectives I bring into my supervision practice.

I have a particular interest in supporting practitioners who work in frontline or high-intensity roles, where burnout and vicarious trauma are common. Many supervisees value having a space with me to process the emotional toll of their work and to consider self-care alongside their clinical practice.

Supervision with me is tailored to your needs and stage of development. For some, it means detailed exploration of process and interventions; for others, it means a space to think creatively, reflect on professional boundaries, or consider the personal impact of their role. Whether you are a trainee, newly qualified, or an experienced practitioner, I hope that supervision with me feels thoughtful, non-judgemental, and re-energising.

My first session

I offer a complimentary initial assessment session, lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, which is conducted online. This is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss what brings you to therapy or supervision, and for you to gain a sense of how I work. It also gives you the chance to ask any questions and decide whether I am the right fit for you. There is no obligation to continue afterwards; the session is simply a space to explore your needs and consider whether we might work well together.
